Your first otome game?

The first game I ever played with Otome elements was the Harvest Moon series, the first purely Otome game I played was the Heart no Kuni series by Quinrose. After that it was a downward spiral that got me to purchase Hakuoki when it was released in the US.

My first otome game would be.... Harvest Moon? Now that I think of it. 
It's just so cute, even up 'til now I still enjoy playing them.

Magical Diary was my otome gateway drug. I haven't been the same since.

My first otome game was Will o'Wisp, but I didn't know Japanese back then... so yeah, most I did was skip skip to see the CGs and that's it lol. Funny thing is that when I replayed it not too long ago, it ended up being one of my fave games!

I think I started with Akazukin to mayoi no mori...man, do I regret it now. My true gateway to otome was one of the tokimemo gs games. Oh, and Summon Night, since they had some romance options.

My first Otome Game was Always Remember Me or Katawa Shoujo ^^

Katawa Shojo sounded too... weird I guess ? Dating disabled girls is a bit far from the cute/fluffy games I'm used to.

Katawa Shoujo is not an otome, to my knowledge. You play as a guy and you date girls. That's pretty much the standard eroge targeted at a male audience. Otome games are by defintion visual novels where you play as a girl and date guys. Or more broadly, visual novels targeted at a female audience.
That aside, I was still kind of interested in the game...  haven't played it but... people keep saying it is serious and sweet...

Anyway, back on topic XD
My answer is probably going to be the boring one, haha.
My first otome game must've been "Re:Alistair++", and I've seen a lot of people introduced to the industry through this game. It's almost as if it's a little classic of the English otomes, pretty much like "Sailor Moon" is for anime )
I can't really remember how I got to play it though... ^^;

TMGS1 was my first game! And I will always remember blushing wildly during Kei's confession scene LOL. Now I've played so many otome games that I rarely blush anymore  Oh how I wish for my innocence to come back... LOL 

I remember the first otome game I played is Amnesia  I played it after watching the anime and got hooked to otome games  the first route that I played is Ikki's route  and my favorite route is Ukyou's route    <3 <3

My first was Koi Tsuru Tenshi Angelique. Which is a...long running series to say the least. If anyone here are fans I'd be very happy. Oscar and Luva are my favorite guardians.

Angelique on the SNES with the small % patch from Marfisa was my first! Then I've been obsessed with otome games (and their manga counterparts) since then!

Mine was Dragon Age. I find it very intriguing. Then it wasn't long before I romanced Alistair, then liked the challenge of saving the world while choosing the right dialogue just to increase his affection.

After that I started searching for other games and found Tokimemo. Still playing it up until now.

I know that while Kei was trying to confess for the first time, I couldn`t stop smiling like an idiot   
He was the perfect boyfriend- he was smart, cute, loved cats and was so sweet to the heroine when he warms up to her. And, he was the end of me xD After his route, I couldn`t stop playing otome games ( I regret nothing!!   )
I still blush and smile if something cute happens in my otoge ^^

Hmm. Well now that I think about it... I watched Hakuouki in anime first. I was like okay... this is cool. Then I found out that it was a thing called an "otomate". I was like what is that.... and thus my wonderful journey started. I've been hooked ever since..... Don't quite know yet if it's a blessing or a curse... heh heh
