Yes! I was at '13! (It was actually my tenth year going this year. XD) Though I was lazy and didn't cosplay.

They had UtaPri merch coming out the wazoo this year though!

omg yeah i was surprised!! there were all kinds of figures and stuff but i wasn't into utapri enough to blow all my money on those figures _(:3/ <)_ i only saw one utapri cosplayer though- a natsuki one with a syo plushies strapped to her waist LOL (i saw more kuni no alice cosplayers- my goal of the convention was "LETS FIND AS MUCH OTOGE AS POSSIBLE AND TAKE PICTURES" but i only got like 10 pictures LOL- including cosplayers)

Drat, I got the opposite - a Syo with a bunch of Natsuki and Syo based fanart. XD (The Kuni cosplayers were impressive this year though.)

Here's a nice, serious Kuni no Alice vid with bits from the manga and anime. I'm not usually partial to manga vids, but I think this one does a fairly good job of it - the scans are nice and there's not (much) resizing weirdness going on.
