I watched Uta No Prince Sama Season 2 episode 3 and half of a One Piece x Dragon Ball Z x some other anime I forgot crossover.

I thought it was based on some shounen manga, but it turns out it's exactly the opposite!

I just finished Smile Precure. It was a funny series but it suffered from bad pacing.

I didn't quite understand the finer details but the plot of Psycho-Pass was excellent, you'll enjoy it. smile

Today... I've watched One Piece, Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni, Umineko no Naku Koro Ni, Fairy Tail, a little bit of Sekaiichi Hatsukoi (shhh), Psycho Pass, and rewatched my favorite scenes from Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood.

Got current with Karneval and was introduced to Shingeki no Kyojin, which a friend and I have decided ranks with Berzerk and Hellsing in terms of violence and the more old-school animation style.

Just finished Puella Magi Madoka Magica today. While I wouldn't want all of the animes I watch to do it, I did enjoy the crazy art style surrounding the "witches." There were a few moments that managed to tear me up and, no spoilers, the last three episodes were great. For some reason it reminded me of Black Rock Shooter. Maybe the whole "young girls trying to figure out their lives and friendships" aspect.

It was also refreshing to be able to watch a good story that actually had closure in just a few days (since I normally end up watching animes that never have any closure either because they were cancelled or they just go on FOREVER).

I wouldn't say that it's "old-school"---although it does use rotoscoping elements. IG Pro likes to move their camera around a lot, and it's fairly dynamic in Attack On Titan.

For some reason AOT is something that I should like, but the huge fanbase and hype over it is making me hold off until later.

So instead, I'm watching Jem, because I love eighties magical girl pop star cartoon funtimes. Not anime, you say? A good chunk of Jem's animation was done by Toei Animation studios. IT COUNTS NOW
