So..... I'm a total newbie when it comes to all things Otome :p I joined the site cuz I wanted to broaden my horizons on the subject. I've only played two otome games and first became interested in it after watching Uta no Prince-sama and learning it was based off a game. I'm playing The Second Reproduction right now, and if anyone has any recommendations or feels the need to educate me, please feel free to!

Welcome to the forums! You can check out Starry Sky (particularly In Spring because it's been translated into English already) when you're done with TSR; I haven't played it myself but it's really well-liked among the otomege community. As for commercially translated titles, be sure to pick up Hakuouki ~Demon of the Fleeting Blossom~ and the upcoming Sweet Fuse: At Your Side if you have a PSP. Both are published by Aksys Games, so be sure to buy and let them know that there is a market for otome games out there!

Well, to recommend... Well, my first otoge was StaSka, and I really liked it, it was very sweet. Since StaSka, I have found myself many times searching for new otoges to play and stuff so... Yeah, If you want to, I think it's a great one to check out! <3
