:3 I just got this game recently~ has anyone else played it yet? IF SO, NO SPOILERS >:0

No I haven't. Is it any good?

Filled with the usual JRPG cliches and strange fighting mechanics but I'm enjoying it so far.
Ugh, I really hate the voice acting though >.> Seriously, just because it's fantasy/historical, why does everyone need British accents? The voices are kinda plain in my opinion.

I'm like in chapter 18 out of 44 or so, and it's a little slow but it starts to pick up.

The game uses the Nintendo of Europe localization so that's the reason for the voice work. XSEED only released the game in the US, they didn't do any voice recording. I still need to pick the game up myself though. Good thing the Wii U plays Wii games.

I personally didn't mind the voice acting. =3 British!

Xenoblade Chronicles I loved the British too. <3 (I preferred XC over TLS but TLS was worth getting.)

As for The Last Story, I enjoyed it. Story isn't something new, but it's refined and I adored the ragtag crew. Battle system is clunky but *very* fun - I can't really compare it to other battle systems I've played.

I also loved how I could make everyone dress entirely in hot pink. >.>b

I admit. I got kinda annoyed when I watched the gameplay for XC and heard all the characters yelling over each other in british accents and saying whatever. I hope this doesn't OFFICIALLY become a thing but I still have too many games to finish so I could probably avoid it. Including this one because I haven't started. /brick'd

Then it's just NEVER FINISH ALL THE GAMMMESSS!!

I'm like 34 chapters in now, enjoying it so far. Many times I wanted to bitch slap Calista... but she's becoming less of a tool.
Lowell, Yurick and Syrenne are definitely my favorites. xD
