Zayay [Visual Novel][Otome?][BxPlayer][Horror???]

The game features:

1. Unique Play:

Every time you play Zayay you experience only about 25% of the game's full potential. The game uses a system that makes the game unique every time you play it, allowing you to experience a different 25% of it each time. Even if you try to replicate your previous playthrough and follow the exact same steps as last time, there would be always something different about it. The game always follows the main plotline, but little details change all the time making your experience unique every time.


2. ~10 000 words of dialogue:

Zayay consists of almost 10 000 words.(9,932 to be exact) But due to it's unique nature, you get to read only a portion of that during each playthrough.


3.About an hour of gameplay time:

Depending on your reading speed and the style of playing, if you like skipping or not, if you use saves or start a new game every time, this time my vary. But getting through the whole game just once usually takes about half an hour. To discover all the secrets, you might need a bit more~


4. Five different endings:

Zayay's ending is affected by the choices you make. There are five different endings you might get depending on how you acted during the game. There is no 'true' ending, but you can get a 'happy' ending, 'bad', 'boring' 'lies' and 'truths' endings. It's for you to decide which one is which.


5.Two secret beginnings:

If you're lucky enough, you might discover the secret beginnings! They don't affect your endings or main plotline, but you might find them interesting to read~


6.An Extra chapter:

Beat the game and get all the endings to unlock an extra chapter! Find out some of Zayo's secrets and discover his true self.


7.Crossdressing:

...wait, wha~?!

This game is awesome *w*
I like it how even if you q-save and q-load, you might not get the same text. It really shows range in his personality or lie, which ever floats your boat ^w^

I will admit that sometimes I would get some programming errors, but they seem to be happening at random times.

I also like all the bad ends ^w^ Maybe in your next dark project, you should wright a bad end where the heroine ends up killing the guy with her own two hands.

When I first played this game, I knew he was gonna kill me one way or another ¬_¬. Luckily, he doesn't kill me because me not trusting him led me to:

Is the heroine a child?

Actually, it's not even defined that it's a female. It's whatever role the player decides to imagine. Even though some things were kind of written as if it was a girl, it was never specified. That's why there's no images with the MC at all.

The purpose of this game was to get to know my character Zayo a little bit, and not really to try and be dark and twisted on purpose or something like that. The MC didn't matter at all in this case. XD I'm not sure if I would try anything like that again, depends on the characters and story.

I remember one was a skip fail x3. I chose to go to the castle first, went through the front door (doesn't remember if I even talked to him or not), chose "Daemon and Helia?!" and then I tried to skip because I literally read every possible line in the castle. But, the skip failed and gave me a programing error. The second one was just a "can't-load-the-answer" fail in the forest  (I think, or maybe it was the graveyard >w<) It was in one of the playthroughs where I chose to go to one of those places first. It was on the third choice. As soon as I clicked the choice, the program error screen poped up. I tried to redo both program fails, but it just kept sailing smoothly without showing any fails

I was just suggesting that for any future games x3 Well, you did a great job in portraying Zayo. For the players, I would suggest to make a choice once and keep going with the playthrough. In one playthrough, I literally q-saved and q-loaded on all of the choices just to read everything that Zayo says xD. It got me confused on certain things, like his backstory, where he works, his trust for Daemon, etc x3. I know that most (and probably all) are just lies that Zayo says, but I just had to check them all out because that system was really entertaining OwO Programming that must've been a real pain in the butt x3

I know he doesn't directly say that xD. Heck, he HATES the word "Love" and would always cut me off in my confession before I said "love" x3. It's just the feel that I got from that scene :3 None of the things that Zayo says in my spoilers are the actual lines x3

Nah, I just found it really entertaining because Zayay was the first game that I played that had this kind of programming, that and I'm also a really curious person with no life >3< Dopplegangers had something similar, but it was more like changing certain parts of the first half of the story instead of changing every line after every choice x3

Oh please do point me to those places OwO. I'm really curious at what is hidden by those lies. If I get more program fails along the way, I'll report them and take notes on what I did to get them :3

That random idea fits Zayo to a T. Since he likes to deceive people, he must tell lies above lies to trick them. Because if that, the random lines generator fits him perfectly ^w^.

Ohoho! So that's why he refuses to hear the words "I love you" so much ¬w¬. Now I just want to sneek up on him and whisper it in his ears :twisted:.And it also explains the protag's interest in a bone shop . What's funny is that this shop was my first choice of shop to visit in the city xD. "You better keep your chara away from him." Unless that chara is a sadistic goddess that also like to trick and kill. I wonder what would happen if those two would actually meet x3 An infinite battle of wits trying to kill each other? xD

Yes, I've noticed that. XD He's just a no one to her and that breaks his hear *SHOT* LOL The author probably just forgot. XD Most of that history on her chara sheet was written before I created Zayo, but then she helped me to make him, so...If it wasn't for her, Zayo would have never existed. XD

I know Zayo want to kill me..but I thought he will change his mind when I was so kind to him  ..but then when I choose to confessing him and he cut it before I done..Oh my..so surprising and I'm so sad!   I replay a game so I can get the ending with him..but huhu..  _{there no ending with him}..before I know, Extra Chapter is unlock  ..Then Zayo secret reveal!Hahaha  ..Its interesting and I can't forget his reaction when I was going to confessing  ..
