What is this game/anime? Anybody can help?

I was browsing through facebook and i found this picture. I was wondering if anybody can help me with figuring out what game/anime is this from? I am really dying to know. Thank you.

This is an upcoming otome game - Hakuouki SSL.
It's a spin-off game so you should check the original one - Hakuouki Shinsengumi Kitan. It's english and for PSP .
There is also an anime - two seasons based on the original game (Hakuouki Shinsengumi Kitan and Hakuouki Hekketsuroku), one based on a prequel of the main story (Hakuouki Reimeiroku) and 6 OVAs(Hakuouki Sekkaroku).

Say, to play it in pc we need an emulator, right??

Yes, you'll need an emulator.
However this specific game (Hakuouki SSL) is for PlayStation Vita only and no emulator exist for the Vita right now  (I believe there are a few "fake" ones though).
The original game, Hakuouki Shinsengumi Kitan, is for the PSP and you can use an emulator to play it (I recommend "PPSSPP" - runs with pretty much any game, with barely any change to the original settings).

Plus PPSSPP also exists for phone which I'm using ^^
I wonder when SSL will be translated. Same for Hakuouki Shinkai OTL

OMG I cant wait I loved the anime and the otome of Hakuouki.XD
