Translate with Visual Novel Reader

Hi !

The otome game becomes popular in France but, the english language is a difficult for many people and I would translate this games in French language with Visual Novel Reader ( and to give my works to translator at the "cloud"  community too ).
But I have a problem to understand.
I had translates for the fansub (manga and dramas by example ), we have a aegisub file,  is it the same thing with Visual Novel reader or the gamer must use VNR himself too ?
Can I to give my work at new gamer for he play after to have downloaded the japanese otome game ?

---Instead of a subtitle time, VNR uses computer addresses that points to the text of the game and stores it in the cloud.It uses a text hooker to get those addresses thats why the user really needs to download VNR in order for the subs to appear.
