Some of the characters look like characters from Arcana Famiglia, but only three of them.

*looks at Wikipedia*

Yeah, the one second on the right looks like Debito, the one third on the right looks like Luca, and the one third from the left looks like Nova.

The artist's name is Himechiko. Those are original characters of her own design, so they aren't "from" anything.

I do agree with the Arcana Famiglia resemblance, but the art style is totally different. Very well done, but I don't know the first thing about the technical sides of art, so... ^^;

No problem. It does look like something from a game, doesn't it? For future reference, if you copy the image url into google image after choosing to search image by url, you can find out where it came from in most cases. At the very least you can figure out who the artist is and go from there. lol.
